Every life is precious – Katjes stokes up the "Yes! All plant-based" campaign!
Emmerich, 7 January 2019 – One year after the launch of Katjes’ high-profile ‘Yes! All veggie’ campaign that won gold in the Effie awards, Katjes enters the next round.
On 6 January, the campaign continues with a 20-second TV commercial starring a three-legged dog. The dog’s owner loves and protects it all the more for its disability. The main thrust of the commercial – ‘Every life is precious’ – refers on the one hand to the affection the young lady bears towards her dog. But it’s also a reference to being mindful about what we eat.
Animal welfare and vegetarian lifestyles are the points here that connect with Katjes, because Katjes fruit gums contain zero animal gelatine and are 100% vegetarian.
‘Even if you love animals, you can still enjoy sweet treats! Katjes makes it easy – because all products are vegetarian,’ explains Gloria Thyssen, Global Marketing Manager of Katjes.
The new Katjes creation, developed by the Berlin-based exclusive agency antoni jellyhouse, surprises viewers yet again with a brand-new story for vegetarian treats and is geared primarily towards nutrition-conscious women. The 20-second TV commercial can be seen on all major TV channels in Germany. It’s accompanied online by the #CheckItOut campaign on social media channels (Instagram and Facebook) and on a dedicated campaign website.
